Doisy & Dam have teamed up with the Coconut Collaborative and Bol to bring a little Wimbledon flare to the Hoxton Hotel. Afternoon Tea at the Detox Kitchen

Last month, Fare Healthy invited us to put on a bit of a choc demo for their fab Afternoon Tea at the Detox Kitchen. Naturally, we sent chicken and two veg Ed down to be the chef and I’m pleased to say he actually seems to have found his baking talent in our choco crispy cakes! They were a massive success along with all the other superdelicious food from Pearl & Groove’s Serena Whitefield and Detox Kitchen founder Lily Simpson. Brooklyn Brewery's Beer Mansion

We were super excited to be invited along to Brooklyn Brewery’s Beer Mansion as part of their Mash series of events. It was an awesome evening with live music, amazing beer (of course), and deliciously immersive food pairings… if you fancy slurping a soupçon of salmon off your hand(!) By far the most exciting part of the evening (other than getting our very own VIP badges) was getting to try the elusive Serpent beer; an exclusive collaboration beer aged for 2 years to develop an orangey, winey deliciousness and a punchy hangover too!
