Chocolate Almond Mug Cake




1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup coconut sugar
1 flax egg (1tbsp flaxseed + 3tbsp water)
1/4 cup soya milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein (optional)
1tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup Doisy & Dam chocolate Buttons
1 pack of Doisy & Dam Almond Nuttercups

One of our talented fans Natalie has taken our Almond Nutter Cups and embedded them in cake. Yep, you read that right. She took a cake and filled it with chocolate already filled with creamy almond butter.

Luckily she was generous to share the recipe with us, so we can recreate and enjoy in bed. Home. We mean from home.


Serves 1 and takes 30 mins.


1. Mix all the ingredients until combined and pour the cake mixture in to an oven safe mug/ramekin.

2. Top with more chocolate and 3 nuttercups.

3. Bake for 25 mins at 180°c fan.

4. Allow to cool for a minute or two, then enjoy!
