We've just launched the most crazily crunchy, deliciously buttery and naughtily nutty bar, so it only makes sense that we have to come up with a recipe that's just as epic!

Which is why we asked the one and only @_hannaheats to whip up the the best CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE BARS of all time! Anything that contains the words chocolate, cookie dough and brownie is destined to taste awesome right? 😍

They take 10 minutes to make, don't require any cooking and are packed full of plant protein and fudgey goodness. Check out @_hannaheats for proof that she knows what she's doing👊

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE BARS

 

Ingredients:

 

For the Cookie Dough layer:

25g of vegan vanilla protein powder

4g of melted coconut oil

10g of honey/ maple syrup/ coconut sugar

42g of coconut flour

135ml of milk (I used dairy free)

80g of diced Almond Butter Milk Chocolate

 

For the Brownie layer:

25g of vegan chocolate protein powder

4g of melted coconut oil

10g of honey/ maple syrup/ coconut sugar

32g of coconut flour

10g of cacao powder

135ml of milk (I used dairy free)

80g of diced Almond Butter Milk Chocolate

 

Method:

1. Grease and line a square based tin,

2. Start with the cookie dough layer: combine all of the dry ingredients and then add in all of the wet ingredients.

3. Mix until well combined.

4. Pour the mixture in to the tin and press down,

5. Pop the tin in to the fridge.

6. Now for the brownie layer: simply do the same again, and pour this mixture on top of the cookie dough layer.

7. Pop the tin back in to the fridge for a couple of hours before taking out and slicing.
