These vegan and dairy free chocolate truffles are the bomb. Made by the delish @goodness.by.the.gram using the one and only Doisy & Dam choc of course 😉 These babies are made using chickpeas, yes chickpeas. They will blow your mind.
1 400g can of chickpeas
2 tbsp Pip & Nut peanut butter
3 tbsp stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (Form Nutrition do a great one)
For the coating:
80g Doisy & Dam dark chocolate of your choice.
1tbsp coconut oil
Chuck everything (apart from the coconut oil and chocolate) in a blender.
Roll in to small balls (as small or big as you like) and pop in the freezer for an hour or so.
Using a baine-marie or being uber careful in the micorwave (short 10 second blasts and then stir). Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil together and stir until combined.
Roll the balls in the choc and pop back in the freezer to harden.
