Salted Caramel Protein Chocolates

This weeks recipe comes from the utterly delish Vicky Coates aka CleanLeanBakes. Anything with Salted Caramel in the title has us salivating and then to hear it aint that bad for us...hell to the yes please! 🤗

You can find all these ingredients in Holland & Barrett 

Ingredients:

 15g Coconut Flour

25g Salted Caramel Protein (I used plant based protein)

15g Medijool Dates

5g Coconut Sugar

70ml Almond Milk

50g Doisy and Dom Chocolate

 Toppings: Blueberries, raspberries and desiccated coconut

 Method:

  1. In a food processor/ blender mix together all the ingredients except for the dark chocolate
  2. Shape the batter into small squares
  3. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan on the hob
  4. Dunk your bars into the chocolate
  5. Top with the berries and coconut and place the bars on some foil in the fridge to set for a couple of hours
