Blondie bars
Ingredients
115g plant based margarine
170g caster sugar
1 ripe banana, mashed
225g self raising flour
1tbsp plant milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 bag of Doisy & Dam Buttons (or 80g 70% dark choc) chopped into small-ish chunks
1/2 bag of D&Ds
Tin size 18cm x 32cm (or similar)

Method
Made too many vegan brownies? (Neither) BUT if you want something arguably even more delicious then this vegan blondie recipe is sooo good. Created by the ever talented @ek_creative_
1. Preheat your over to 160 (fan) and line your tin with baking parchment
2. Cream together the marg and sugar until pale
3. Fold in the mashed banana, flour, plant milk and vanilla until fully combined
4. Next, carefully stir in both types of chocolate, saving about half to scatter over the top
5. Spread out the mixture into your lined tin, making sure to go right to the edges. Scatter over the rest of the chocolate and place in the center of your preheated oven.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until lightly brown and still soft to touch (it should spring back when lightly pressed in the middle). This is better under baked than over, to ensure it has a soft and gooey texture.
7. Leave to cool in the tin before cutting up in to bars
