Mini Fudgey Bites

vegan

Ingredients

175g medjool dates

60g smooth almond butter

40g cacao powder

20g oat flour

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 pack of Doisy and Dam peanut D&Ds

Optional extras: roasted peanuts, dark chocolate chips

Method

Easy to make, and even easier to eat. Our pal Jenni (@practicewhatupeach) took our brand new chocolate covered peanuts, and turned them into mini bite-size fudgey brownies. Perfect for the peckish and for picnics. Raw, vegan, chocolatey - it's the perfect summer snack.

Takes 20 mins + overnight freezing, and makes 36 brownie bites.

1. If the dates aren't soft already, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.

2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor plus a handful of the peanut D&D's, and blitz until it forms a crumbly dough.

4. Press into a flat cake/brownie tin lined with cling film and freeze overnight.

5. When set, remove and slice into little squares and add toppings i.e. the rest of the peanut D&Ds (roughly chopped), roasted peanuts and dark chocolate chips.

6. Store in the freezer, and bring out when it's time to enjoy!
