115g oat flour
120g maple syrup
50g smooth peanut butter
300g Nush cream cheese
75g smooth peanut butter
40g maple syrup
100g Doisy & Dam Vanilla and Cacao Nib dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Fan Sophie (@sophieshealthykitchen) combined all of our favourite ingredients and made our favourite dessert, in snack form. Bitesized to perfection, these are a guaranteed crowd pleaser. It includes our Vanilla and Cacao Nibs bar, which is known for being dark, rich and sweet.

Makes 6, and takes 1 hour and 15 mins.
- Mix the base ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a dough like texture. Use a mini cheesecake mould and divide the mixture across 6 moulds or cups.
- Mix the cheesecake ingredients together and divide across the top of the bases.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and top the cheesecakes.
- Leave to set in the fridge for an hour, then pop out of their moulds.
